Best Bun Bo Hue in Denver!
P1. Meat Ball.
This pho was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich, flavorful, and balanced just right. I've had pho from plenty of other pho restaurants, but this one definitely ranks at the top. I can't get enough of it.
Vietnamese Vegetarian Banh Mi
Their veggie banh mi is addictive. The tofu is a great texture, it's a saucy sandwich, and the bread is fresh

The medium was more than enough of a portion for me! Lots of great meat and an aromatic, tasty broth.
